It's because you have a huge anti-ggg bias.

Virgil Hunter, Ward's trainer had it 8-4 GGG. Can he be biased towards GGG?

I think a lot of folks who originally scored it wide got a chance to see it again and scored it closer.

Again, I didn't see 5 rounds I thought Golovkin won.

That isn't an anti-GGG bias, I just cant justify it based on the 4 scoring criteria.

Yea there is something to be said for subtly in your corruption if you are doing some corrupt sh^t lol. You would think someone doing some f#cked up sh^t wouldn't wanna make it such a obvious blatant scoring for the guy their working for.

So that's also something making the fault of this being about Byrd and not some darker level of deceit going on.

Folks act like press row is infallible.

Sometimes, for whatever reason, they get it wrong too.

Now, if you have a buch of guys that have spent the last 2 or 3 years talking about how great Triple G is and how much Canelo was avoiding the fight for so long, of course they might score for stuff they really have no business scoring for.

A guy coming forward and landing a sometimey jab and a very few clean powershots shouldn't be given 8 rounds by any competent judge if he is also eating cleaner sharper powershots almost every round.

They are. The 7th round was clearly won by GGG and even Byrd gave it to him. So Trella scoring it for Canelo looks shady as fcuk. To me, Byrd is just incompetent. Her ****** score became a distraction.
