Why Did It Take GGG 4 YeARS TO Rank In Other BODIES?

Again, let's not forget GGG's character in taking Cotto's step-asides... where was the initial priority to have him vacate for that WBC strap?

In 2014, Golovkin was given the opportunity for the WBC Interim by fighting Rubio.

With GGG being so active in 4 fights a year since 2010, he could've been up in top 2-3 in the other bodies, or atleast scattered in the divisions like Daniel Jacobs now or like Antonie Douglas at the very least. Then at least that narrative could've been ''nobody'' wants to fight him. If his presence at Middleweight was undeniably unstoppable then K2 could've easily gotten sponsorship and pay particular fees to any body to rightfully have him raise in any ranking.

2014 WBC with Rubio.... easy fight to make....Unification with Lemieux in 2015, was GGG even ranked in the IBF?

Point is, Sturm, Geale, Martinez, GGG couldve seen any of them long ago. How are current unknowns in the Middleweight rankings in the top 10 in 3 bodies?

GGG could've unified the Division long ago, in a galaxy far far away it's damn near 2018....ffs

GGG was ranked in different organizations until he became WBA champion. Other organizations don`t rank champions of each other, but recognize them as other champions. Hence, it is practically impossible for a champion of one organization to become a ranked mandatory for the champion of another organization. GGG case - with being a mandatory for WBC title while being ranked as WBA champion - is by all means an exception.

i dont think anyone outside of golovkins band of delusional supporters actually think ggg genuinely gives a flying **** about unifying.......if he was he wouldnt have fought brook or been chasing fights with froch and chavez...its simply an excuse for him to duck logical fights around his weight class against certain types of fighters

      "oh no...sorry guys...i want unify"

GGG is my favorite fighter. He is a great champion. He has done nothing wrong. He has done everything right the way a great champion should. Day after day you start multiple threads attacking and trashing GGG. Why is that? Is it that important to you to convince this board that GGG is such a poor champion who should be hated and held in contempt ? GGG didn't do this. GGG should have done this. GGG lost to Canelo and Jacobs. GGG took step aside money from Cotto etc. ect. blah, blah, blah. Damn, Floyd's Mask, give it a ***ing rest why don't you FFS. Who gives a fuc where the alphabet organizations used to rank him years ago. He is the champion of every one of them now except the WBO and nobody takes chicken Saunders seriously. GGG just fought the two best middleweight challengers in the world back to back in Jacobs and Canelo. GGG has a near perfect record marred only by a draw. He is still the best middleweight in the world at age 35 and he never avoided any top middleweight although they avoided him. He defends his titles 3 or 4 times a year compared to the 1 or 2 times a year most champions do. GGG is a praise worthy champion and he doesn't deserve the all the verbal abuse you heap on him day after day.

You hate GGG so anybody who supports him is delusional? Why don't you name a few current champions who are doing a better job of defending their title than GGG in all your non delusional wisdom. If he doesn't give a flying fuc about unifying how did he get 3 of the 4 world middleweight title belts? Only Crawford has done better than that. None of the other dozens of champions in the 18 different weight classes have done as well. I am a proud supporter of GGG and I think you are a bias hater and delusional.

he got 3 of the 4 mw titles because hes 35 and has been fighting at MW his entire pro career....most other guys are looking for challenges and moving up....if he wanted to unifiy he could have had the WBC belt before he got it...but what he really wanted was cotto or canelo on his resume

think about that for a second...this guy wanted cotto....a prime, career, welterweight......to boost his stock/legacy

he brought a welterweight up two weight classes and had to go to that guys hometown....for a bit of money....the guy chased fights at 168 with guys he thought he was better than....but when one of the best ever at 168 came calling he said no within a half hour......and his fans cry "you cant duck someone not in your weight class" over and over

in 2016 he defended his "title" against kell brook...who already had a pretty sparse resume at WW.....and then against dom wade who was an ibf mando injury replacement!!! great job defending that title boss!

                  ya man ur right!

It's a boxing forum and GGG is a boxer I like and support. I don't start threads at all. I support A good champion and you and Mask are insane with hate for GGG. Who is the crazy one? I am just stating my opinion with much less emotions than you. You will never see a post from me attacking any boxer with the venom you and Mask heap on GGG. I think liking and supporting a fighter is much more sane and constructive than constantly hating and attacking a fighter for no apparent reason..
