Right on point. Stamina is really Canelo's issue. Not his boxing skill. IMO Golovkin will start working on him early in their next fight and wear him down. Canelo is tough with a good chin so Golovkin will have to make it clear this time so there is no doubt in even incompetent judges.

Ok, that doesnt answer my question though. Based on what reasons do you think he stops GGG or at least dominates him?

Yeah in the first fight you wouldn't think Canelo was the younger man based on how badly he was gassing. He's a good fighter but one with obvious flaws

he went in with an inferior game plan. he had many moments where he could have stayed in the pocket and exchanged. he will not move backwards in the rematch. he will circle. he will pick up the body punching as well.

3g will try and push harder with worse results. his eagerness to go for the ko will hasten his own.

He was moving backwards because he was forced to. GGG was utilizing intelligent pressure. You may not have noticed but Canelo was looking for GGG to lunge so he could counter all night. The thing is GGG is not some simple-minded slugger and he was well aware of the traps Canelo was trying to set which is why he didnt just engage Canelo when Canelo was on the ropes.

GGG is far more boxing smart and patient than you make out. People were saying he was going to get embarrassed and stopped before they even fought. It didnt happen and unless GGG badly ages over the next couple of months it wont happen next time either.

no sense in going back and forth with this. we both have our ideas. we wont be changing anyones minds.

we just have to play the waiting game.

funny how you Canelo fans want to always dismiss compu box since you know he's always getting outworked and out landed. Yet you're ok with the state saying ggg missed 500 punches right?
Only casuals believe that gggs jab was patty caking. His jab was harder than Canelos so called power punches which consisted of keep away right hands and little flurries he threw to try and get off the ropes because he was too tired to fight for 3 min of any round. Canelo isn't knocking ggg out and you know it. He barely made him blink.
