But, I think if Canelo does that round after round after round, Golovkin will crack.

          We will see tho.
          Yea 9th sounds about right.

And lol yea good terminator/lead pipe analogy. But idk I think GGG is one tough mfer.

I will say that when those predator type fighters, like GGG, who've just been chasing their prey for years get turned into prey they often don't survive long as the prey cuz they just have no idea how to live that way in the ring.

So if Canelo can legit drop &/or hurt GGG & jump on him I think a stoppage is highly possible, I just don't know that I can see Canelo legit dropping or hurting GGG based on what I saw in that first fight.

I think just doing the things that worked early & late done more in the rematch wins the day for Canelo. I wouldn't even focus too much on a KO cuz for Canelo thats probably helping empty his already smaller gas tank quicker. I'd go in their thinking & even aiming for 12 rounds. Less hard shots & more work + scoring points.

So Canelo does GGG worse? Does that mean Canelo only loses 7 rounds instead of losing 8 rounds? You are implying that Canelo got robbed in Vegas and that's just not possible. You are a big time GGG hater incapable of scoring his fights fairly. You have a picture of GGG knocking out a bum on the street saying another sensational win so you will never give him any credit. To you if the other boxer is standing up at the end of the fight then he beat GGG. Only about 10% of views think Canelo won and most of them are GGG haters like you. The rest of us think GGG clearly won. Putting up a good fight isn't winning.

It happens to almost all of 'em.

Chavez Sr. was invincible most of his career but when it went, it went pretty fast.

Kovalev was a boogyman whose chin was never questioned prior to crossing paths with Ward.

Canelo moves his hands twice as much in the rematch, he wins an easy UD or stops GGG late.

It was a decent fight between two good fighters I don't know why anyone is complaining

Canelo fought defensively. He fought well, but he fought defensively. Saying “if Canelo had fought more offensively, golovkin will crack” is mentally ******ed.
Neither guy showed any sign of cracking. Canelo fought an excellent defensive fight against an excellent offensive fighter. Sometimes that makes for an interesting matchup, and sometimes a dud.
This was a great fight that deserves a rematch.
I’m a relative casual to many of you obsessives, but even I can tell the deluded logic in these types of posts.
                  There is no delusion.

Canelo was very inactive in rounds he could have moved his hands more.

He does so in the rematch and the fight is less competitive.

Instead of so much movement, he can keep it in the middle of the ring more, flurry with his combos then tie up instead of being mobile.

                  All very possible.

I thought Kov showed he was chin checked vs Jean Pascal. I thought there was upset potential with Pascal even with that rematch where Pascal didn't quit perform as well.

And I think Ward made Kov quit more than anything & it was body work (or **** punches depending on how you viewed how things went down) mainly that seemed to end Kov's night more than his chin played into it. I don't know that GGG gots quit in him like that.

Again I think a predator being turned into the prey could be a problem for GGG if he is hurt, but Canelo is gonna have to hurt him way more than he did the first time & I think throwing more harder punches just insures Canelo gasses again like one could argue he did in those middle rounds for long periods of time.

And Chavez had some miles on him. While I feel like GGG is older I don't think his chin gots miles on it. He's pretty much just been chin checked at all vs Jacobs & Canelo recently.
