Miguel humble tho!.. I admire Klitschko for putting his ego aside and just walking away from a second guaranteed pay day.Leave a comment:

Disappointing fight, but so many turning all whinny bich is pretty amusing. For those questioning Cotto's HOF career, you seem to be conveniently forgetting pretty much Cotto's entire career. Cotto's resume is filled with an insane amount of top fighters, fighters that were top 10 ring rated in their divisions when Cotto fought them, not sanction rated, RING RATED. But not only did Cotto defeat them, he annihilated them. He's fought in 5 different weight classes, first Puerto Rican to win titles in 4 divisions, 6 time world champion, successfully defending his world titles 14 times in total. Lineal titles at 154 and 160. The WBC Middleweight lineal when Cotto won it could be traced back to Hopkins. He's fought the two best fighters of this era. That's not even including his amateur career. And I'm sure if I dig a little more I'd fined more HOF worthy achievements, like the most tickets sold at MSG in boxing history, including Mohammed Ali.
So yeah, a schit fight. But really before we start dropping names like Andrade, Charlo, Lara, I mean let's take a moment to look at their resumes, and ask why they have fought nobody, let alone each other? Obviously Cotto ending his career with a huge PPV fight would be a great way to end it, but at the end of the day, the only fight that made sense was unavailable: Cotto vs. Bradley. The other options, whether big or small, all suffered from the same problem, being a "stretch", Cotto vs. Bradley was the career closing fight that never was, for both Cotto and Bradley.Leave a comment:

Cotto has always stated that he doesn't "HAVE" to do anything. If u tell him otherswise, remember his quote "Why? For the Fans?". I'd have rathered Mikey. How much Did Roc Nation lose on Cotto? How much did they lose on Ward? He was willing to fight AJ remember...Leave a comment:
