There was another topic about this already. I'll just summarize what I said there here.

There are a lot of good fighters on that list so to seperate the wheat from the chaff you need to look at their performances or lack thereof against the best of their division/era. By that standard only 3 guys should be locks. Erik Morales, Winky Wright and Ricky Hatton. All have lost to top tier guys but all of them have a bunch of good wins against top tier guys and fought almost all the best possible opponents.

Some other guys had glossy records with some good wins but had big time opposition that they never fought. Darius M. never fought RJJ or even left his home country. Sven Okkte never left Germany let alone fight Joe Calzaghe or Mikkel Kessler.

Some guys lost to their best guys and didn't really have the resume to otherwise put them over the top. For example, Nigel Benn was a great fighter but he didn't have a single win in 4 fights against Chris Eubanks and Steve Collins. As such it could be argued that he was at best the 3rd best British Super middleweight of his era. He can't get in until those other 2 get in.

Vitali has a great record and has beaten a lot of name guys but the qualifier is that those guys are name guys for his division. The heavyweight division was a really weak division for a while. Maybe it can be argued that he ruined a lot of these guys (Chris Arreola etc.) but in all likelyhood they just weren't very good to begin with.

I have feelings that both of Klitschko Bros will be inducted into a HOF.

That's actually a pretty good list of nominees.

My top 5 would be :

          Chris Eubank

          Erik Morales

          Julian Jackson

          Meldric Taylor

          Wilfredo Vasquez

There are so many more worthy on this list.

I think they both will myself. And I just realized that you could vote up to 5 guys in there whereas in the other thread the guy wanted to see who we'd pick if we could pick only 3. With that being said I would add Vitali to my list.

I think Hall of Fames should be exclusive. The best of the best should be there. I see a lot of really good fighters but not a lot of guys who would rank amongst the best of the best of their era. Like I said earlier, Nigel Benn was a great fighter but he wasn't even the best British Super middleweight of his era let alone the best Super Middleweight of his era. I don't think he gets in yet.
