No WAY was Klitschko ranked 1 coming off a Loss and 18 month Layoff. Hell, after 18 months out and how easily he was beaten by Fury, i'm not sure he even should have been counted as a Top 10 guy.

Charles Martin was a Complete Bum who had never beaten a Top 100 Heavyweight coming into their fight (don't count that injury win) so no way was he a Top 10 guy.

A boxer is only as good as his last fight.

If a guy can lose his last fight wide and then be out of the ring for 18 months and come back into that division as Number 1 then it just shows how weak the Heavyweight division is right now.
