    Punching bag questions

Hello guys, i have recently bought a 30$ punching bag, i do not know what to put inside it, is it ok to put all sand, will it ruin the punching bag fast? i have no spare clothes or shredded clothes or anything to put in it, i only have carpet but i am not sure if it will work. Do you guys know any shops in Melbourne that sells shredded clothes or shops that sell the stuffing's for punching bags!! PLEASE HELP

Why don't you buy one with stuffing already in it?

Buying an empty punching bag is often cheaper than getting one that's already been filled. Plus, it gives you more control over how heavy and dense your punching bag is since you get to fill it yourself. Filling a punching bag is simple,...

Old clothing seems to be favourite. If you ain't got enough of your own (and you're on a budget - which it sounds like you are) you could try asking at your local charity (or thrift - dunno what you call 'em down under) shop - I had to do community service in one and the amount of clothes they throw away is incredible. You ask the manager nicely and you might find they just give that **** to you or just offer a few $s for a sack.
