Wilder fans how will he beat AJ?

I want a legit technical prediction from someone explaining how exactly he has any advantage over Joshua.

Power is probably equal, AJ hits plenty hard to put wilder to sleep. Hes for sure got better boxing skills, better combos. Better jab, better head movement, he avoided alot of wlads power shots.

What advantage does wilder have, only advantage i can see him having is stamina, and who knows if he even lasts to the later rounds.

Wilder is arguably the hardest punching heavyweight since Earnie Shavers, and Anthony Joshua has already shown that he can be hurt.

Beyond that, Wilder is becoming effectively awkward in his style; dynamite right hand, good jab and educated hook, good movement on the inside, effective inside game starting to come to form, good use of his size when dictating range. Wilder still makes the mistake of pulling straight back more often than he should, but there's enough there to make the fight deadly for both guys.

You gotta look at the package of tools to make the proper assessment.

I'd have to watch him again. I watched some of his earlier fights and he wasn't impressive. He definately is a big puncher. That can make up for a lot of flaws.

Not to hijack the thread, but it's similar to the assessment of Adonis Stevenson; his straight left is most definitely a death touch, but he's kept his style unique to himself and sharpened up the rest of his tools (good jab to the head/body, good lead/check hook, good footwork, defensively aware on the counter, etc).

Movement and power. AJ is pretty robotic. If wilder fights him like he did Stiverne he will be just fine. Wilder athleticism is the difference. And with a guy like AJ that's HUGE.

If Joshua has a night of binge drinking with no sleep and womanizing the night before with premature celebration,MAYBE he slips up.

Wilders has to land a few hail marys and thats? VERYYYY questionable to assume Joshua lets that happen before landing his own blows which ends the fight VERY quick.

The heavyweight division isn’t really just about technical advantages. Less skilled fighters have KO’d world champions numerous times.

Wilder’s length and power make him a live dog in any fight he’s in regardless of his lack of refined boxing skills.

The simple answer seems like that best one. He hits him really hard on the chin with a right hand.

I don't see him being able to 'stay away' that effectively as he will likely get out-jabbed and forced onto his heels as AJ is just a much bigger and stronger man. Wilder can still punch from there. He had a bad day at the office against Spzillka but that KO was him in a nutshell, he was moving away and boom.

It is an interesting fight. And what sells it is that the loser probably gets KO'd quite badly. I can't see it ending any other way. Too much artillery in the ring to sustain the action for that long.

What movement? His movement has been pretty terrible other than the stiverne fight he often looks like hes about to trip over his own feet, and is prone to being walked down.

Also not stiverne is a small guy who alot shorter than wilder and just followed him around, not going to work with AJ and bigger guys that can pressure.

Wilder has also shown he can be hurt, by molina who AJ killed in like 3 rounds. Both guys have suspect chins and huge power. Thing is AJ is actually a more polished boxer with good fundamentals which wilder severly lacks. He just hasnt faced any opponent good enough to exploit them.
