Him not cashing on Japans new years is like Floyd/Canelo not fighting the May mexican holiday date , you need to understand unlike eastern europeans / cubans and the likes japan is actually a VERY rich country (on a decline but still) investing everything in a non friendly to japanese non friendly to small figthers market is not the right way to go , he will be back in america for a mega fight if Estrada makes it past Sor otherwise its Sor vs Inoue in Tokyo.

Then I'm not interested. You can't have a card focused on the best of the "Superfly" division without having the #1 guy in the Superfly division. Last time that was Chocolatito, this time it's Inoue. Very disappointing news if true. How could HBO not have the best guy feature on the card? It makes no sense.

Inoue looks the real deal, but can we really call him the number 1 super flyweight at this point?
I would say the man to beat currently in that division is clearly Rungvisai,,,I mean he did beat up the previous 'man' twice and in emphatic fashion in their last fight.

No problem. He'll probably fight a better opponent in Japan and then the winner of superfly 2.
