Chris Eubank Jr. (75,8 kg) (25-1, 19 KOs) and Avni Yildirim (76,2 kg) (16-0, 10 KO) made weight ahead of Saturday's Ali Trophy quarter-final at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle in Stuttgart. "I am looking forward to the fight, and I believe I will stop my opponent," said Chris Eubank Jr. "The Ali Trophy is the stage for me to show what Chris Eubank Jr. is about, and I will show that I am the best super-middleweight in the world. I can't wait to get started in this amazing tournament."

Time for Yildirim to step up or step off. A lot of hype over him in the last two years and now it's time to do the business

Looks like a big lad Yildirim. Can imagine him having a big wide back come fight night.

        Anyone putting money on him?

Yea and Eubank is actually very small for the weight, I think when he went into camp he was actually under the 168lbs weight limit

I agree with Groves when he said if you can make middleweight and compete at 168 you're probably a middleweight.

Calum Smith and George Groves are big guys especially Smith. Even Jurgen Braehmer is a career light heavy.

Very interested to see whether Eubank can make use of his speed advantage and execute a smart gameplan or whether he'll get bogged down in a war. If the latter I can definitely see him losing, potentially in brutal fashion

I just haven't got it in me to swot up on old fights and can only watch the fights live.

Is Yildirim just a muscular, squat, pressure fighter or has he got more strings to his bow? In my head, the dude is Juan Urango.

                  Pretty much, and not really.

                  Still hyped for this fight.

That alone should be a big factor if Eubank Jr isn't strong enough for the weight. I'm looking forward to it. Eubank Jr is good to watch imo.
