Progais needs to work on his defense. That fight against Joel Diaz he took too many hard shots he can't do that once he steps up to better competition. There were at least two or three punches in that last fight where I was surprised he was still standing. He don't want that work from Crawford.

Postol is a good test for Prograis. Crawford had to fight a smart fight to get the win. Prograis would give up a lot of height and reach so he'll have to be even smarter. If he looks good then he's ready. If not...

Thats exactly what I was going to say. I think Regis dials in and often on Postol. Regis is a great inside and outside fighter and Postol doesnt seem to have an inside game and his confidence seems to have dropped based on his last fight.
