Yea I agree he should have made a statement by beating him down in every round.

What does Canelo have to do with it?

This all started with Mayweather/McGreggor. If it wasn't for that fight.
Ok Oscar... We get it, you don't like Mayweather and he took all the attention from Canelo for about a month and half. He's retired now so you can stop with the "Mayweather ruined boxing" thing now. It's getting old.

What ruined the image of boxing was the Canelo/GGG fight. Floyd/Mac was what it everyone knew it was, a side show for money, but it ended up being more entertaining than people thought. Oscar kept hyping up Canelo/GGG as a real fight that was going to be a war, it was a good fight, however, people were talking more about the judges than the fight. You got Oscar running his mouth , most of the people who watched the fight thought GGG won, but yet Oscars fighter Canelo gets the benefit from the judges once again.

People saying Mayweather ruined boxing are probably the same people that say boxing is dying. Mayweather got casuals talking and interested in the sport, that's a good thing. Bitches just need to always moan about something.
