Too many Vargas's in this town. I keep thinking of Fernando 'ferocious' Vargas, who lost fights to Trinidad and De La Hoya. I think he ended his career against Ricardo Mayorga, who must be related to Salido somehow, they both have/had such reckless, uncompromising styles.Comment

If Berchelt beats Vargas, Miura, and Salido all in 2017 he is a serious candidate for fighter of the year. That's 3 of the top 5 ranked guys at 130 to start the year.Comment
