    As BoxingScene.com reported last week, there are ongoing discussions for Miguel Berchelt of Mexico to make the second defense of his WBC super featherweight world title against his countryman, former world champion Orlando Salido. According to World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman, his organization was advised that Berchelt vs. Salido was being negotiated for a date in December.

    Berchelt would come close to ranking higher than Loma in the division if he beat Solido, Miura and Vargas in one year.

        Cotto vs Lemiuex with Berchelt vs Salido and Vargas vs Gonzalez. Would be another great triple header to end the year for HBO.

                Not sure if Berchelt has fully healed but he'll need to be if he wants to beat the Mexican Warrior of Warriors!

                    How many more Wars can salido keep going into and still continue every time out I think this is the last one so we'll see I go with Burchell he's learned a lot the last year-and-a-half...Jhonny''s punch will keep him in the fight as long as he doesn't get caught on that fragile jaw early...
