Thanks for the link, I think Jessie Vargas seems like a smart guy and knows top rank needs welterweights and would probably pay more than hes worth to keep him around. Top rank would be dumb not to, although hes probably over valuing himself considering the Pacquiao ppv was a dud, hopefully they can work things out, I dont think hes dumb enough to go back with Al Haymon
