So tell me how there wasn't substantive change, you tried to slip USADA annex A in there that has the code, but now we know for sure which annex A they were using, I want to see the explaination gimp

Why are you ducking the question. I don't think it's a hard question.
If Floyd Mayweather had become dehydrated at some point before the fight, and never rehydrated properly until the weigh-in, how might that affect him.
I don't think you are qualified to answer, and that's why you haven't answered after me asking this question a zillion times. Just stop already.
By the way, thanks for this:
About 3 weeks ago I was looking for information about where he had this IV. I couldn't confirm if it was in a hospital or not. Now I have proof that it wasn't.
He says:
1. "It was either get the IV, or go to the hospital."
So he was not in a hospital. He was somewhere else, which I'm guessing was the UFC training facility or the venue of the weigh-in.
2. Joe Rogan: "You made weight you were smiling, you were laughing..."
McCall: "I've never made weight so easily in my entire career."
Here he is at the weigh-in:
ADP02, you know the question that's coming. Would you, an expert internet doctor, say that he was NEAR DEATH just a short while after this??
Says he was ok with his weight on Thursday so he had 5 glasses of water.
McCall: "I got some kind of an exemption, but I didn't even have to because I wound up getting pulled from the fight."
McCall: "I made weight so easily, that it was crazy..."
Again, reiterates how easily he made weight.
Rogan: So can you use the IV or can't you use the IV?
McCall: You can't use an IV, unless you get an exemption.
Mind you, this was February 19th, not in June when USADA announced the exemption.
When UFC responded to this podcast, they confirmed that he had already applied for the Retro TUE and they kept reiterating that USADA was contacted while the situation was going down...just like Kool was saying most likely happened in the Mayweather case. USADA made aware ahead of time and consulted.
LMAOOOOO. DEFLECTOR!!!!! IT'S OVER. STOP WRITING TO ME. I'M DONE HERE.
WHAT BS!!!!!
I read your posts.
You think that I was deflecting from this????
It's over??? It's over for you!!!
Did McCall have who?
- Everyone knew about his problem because he was throwing up in front of everyone on multiple occasions!!!
- He said there were doctors, Novitsky, athletes ....
"Every single chance we ended up having to be in a group in public, I ended up f**king throwing up.”
When was the application received?
Even though he was in the hospital, he got it to USADA in less time than Floyd:
He received the IVs on Feb 10 and sent off the RETRO TUE request later that same month.
Statement was made on Feb 22.
"McCall, 32, has submitted an application to USADA for a retroactive the****utic use exemption (TUE)"
Why it took so long for something as simple as an IV?
WRONG QUESTION:
Your question should have been, why was Floyd's RETRO TUE rubber stamped!!! Others say it's NOT but for Floyd it was without a thorough vetting process!!!
- First of all the RETRO TUE requests occurred after the fight date for both Floyd and McCall, so there was no need to rush.
Novitzky said in general any such RETRO TUE request would have been thoroughly vetted.
- While the interview was on a IV use case,
Novitzky said any such request would have been thoroughly vettedCan be a matter of weeks or, in extreme cases, months.”
Article: See the word exceptional case.
DEFLECTOR: Was Floyd's case "truly an exceptional case compared to this case?"? NOPE!!!
"Ian McCall on weight cut scare: Doctor told me ‘You could die’""“[My gallbladder] was super shrunk - contracted.""That sounds like an exceptionally serious side effect to weight cutting, and the kind of thing that McCall may not be able to afford happening to him again. "
Now for your BS comments
Every time I make a statement (below), think of Floyd's case. Then lets all laugh together at Floyd's BS RETRO TUE. OK? Are you in?
McCall made weight easily???:
- McCall was comparing relative to his other weigh-ins !!! LOL and this one was actually worse not better! He was throwing up BEFORE & AFTER the weigh-in LOL
- McCall says that one reason that it was easy to make weight was because he threw up his food (couldn't eat)! LOL
- If you watch the video, he eventually admits that it was NOT easy .....
- Joe Rogan clearly states that McCall's weight cut was not as good as McCall initially thought and AGAIN, in the video, McCall later agrees since his body was shutting down!
- His actual walking weight is more than the 125 weigh-in weight! So he was having difficulty getting back up to his fight night weight.
- McCall said that he had only gained 5lbs with the IV. So to say, he was expected to weigh more than that! A lot more (read below)
- McCall had to get more IVs to get better!
- His doctor said that he can die!
"Ian McCall on weight cut scare: Doctor told me ‘You could die’"
- Rogan asks that it's crazy that they were going to let you fight after getting an IV. McCall responds, that they knew that they wouldn't allow him to fight!
- McCall said that his issue had also to do with his previous ailments. McCall cancelled 5 times and the past few times due to illness.
- Rogan says that every time McCall gets down in weight, he falls apart. McCall admits that he should fix his issues before trying again.
- McCall said that he would only go down to 135 if it was same day weigh-ins. That there is 10lbs loss so his walking weight is more than that (but read below)!!!
- Here is the huge difference (McCall vs Floyd) :
"UFC On FX 3: Flyweight Ian McCall Gains 25 Pounds Same Day As Weigh Ins UFC Flyweight
Ian McCall hit the scales at 126 pounds at yesterday's official weigh ins for UFC on FX 3 at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida for his bout against Demetrious Johnson tonight.
Yet within hours of making weight, McCall was posting on the UG that he had already gained back almost 25 pounds"
This guy was used to getting back up with IVs but now that WADA rules are in place, he cannot do that no more so his body shut down big time!
In case you were not thinking about Floyd when reading the above statements, lets recap together:
- Floyd walking weight is close to his weigh-in weight .... McCall's is at about 25lbs or perhaps more on fight night.
- McCall was throwing up before the weigh-in. Floyd said he was OK health wise and his pre-fight form says so too!
- McCall's gall bladder shrunk to where the doctor's were thinking they had to remove it!!! Floyd? LOL
- McCall couldn't eat but there are videos of Floyd eating a 5 course meal just before the Maidana weigh in.
Floyd after the Pacquiao fight saying he ate earlier in the day and was eating again in the video and saying that he is HAPPY!
- Floyd was able to drink adequately enough to regain back his weight and was not throwing up!!! He even drank in the video after the weigh-in and later that night!!! McCall was throwing up in front of everyone!
- McCall had to be hospitalized NOT Floyd!!!
- McCall's doctor had said that he could have died. Floyd? LOL
and then there was this:
Novitsky, athletes, doctors ... were there when McCall was going thru this and getting the IV and that he had to be sent to the hospital YET McCall still requested a RETRO TUE and went thru a thorough vetting process before getting his RETRO TUE approval but not Floyd!!!! WTF!!!
Does USADA's statement on Floyd sound like this and as you can see, USADA said that McCall, who didn't even fight and went to the hospital, was thoroughly investigated!!!
USADA on McCall
“After a thorough investigation of the circumstances surrounding the potential violation, which included the retroactive TUE application process, USADA determined that the athlete had a diagnosed acute medical condition for which the use of an intravenous infusion is consistent with the standard of care,” the statement read. “Because McCall’s TUE application was granted retroactively, his use of a prohibited method will not result in an anti-doping policy violation.”
