    At the World Boxing Council's fifty fifth Convention, in Baku, Azerbaijan, its Ratings Committee has been assessing the ups and downs of the system. A few, but significant changes debated, decided and announced, after a detailed day long session. A principal criteria of assessment is based on merit. No changes in the categories: Minimum, light flyweight flyweight, super flyweight and bantamweight.
