Jesse Hart would beat both of these guys.

Nice, first fight was fun, much tougher fight for Benavidez than expected. I'll be interested to see how much he improves in the rematch

Good stuff. I thought he won but it was close and Gavril clearly presented problems.

Ignore the title, they are meaningless. This is the right decision for his development

It was a solid fight but I feel Gavril fought the fight out of his life and still lost. I see David winning more comfortably in the rematch

I like Hart but he has serious chin issues. He seemed like he was hanging on for dear life for big portion of his fight with Ramirez. And you can correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Ramirez is known as being a guy with very average power and certainly not a puncher. He seemed to buckle Hart’s knees every other round. Hart showed majorheart and toughness being able to stay in til the final bell. But I certainly think it’s a stretch to assume he beats Benavidez. Not that Benavides is some monster but he has some real skills. It’s actually a fight I’d enjoy seeing I like both guys

Well he was considered an overwhelming favorite coming in, he got dropped in the 12th and eeked out a split decision. I had him winning by 1 pt. Not only does he need to make it clearer the 2nd time around, but he's not ready for the other guys at SMW yet so it's a good fight for him.

I don't see the problem with this rematch. Was a really good fight. Benavidez can come back a second time and improve on a lot of aspects. Maybe get the KO this time.

Not sure Gavril improves on his performance while I think this was a great learning experience for Benavidez so ultimately think this works out better for Benavidez who will have bumped up his boxing IQ a lil more this time around, but I definitely don't hate this idea at all & thought the first fight was fun so I'd love to see a do over.

Good luck to both guys & looking forward to this.
