So he cheated 17 times without help, huh? Can you explain that
Hmm, where have I heard that before?
Lance Armstrong and his fans would say similar to what you just said .....
Here you go .... Explained by Lance Armstrong:
" Twenty-plus-year career, 500 drug controls worldwide, in and out of competition. Never a failed test. I rest my case”

1. Cheated at a time when there were inadequate tests
2. Blatantly was caught giving money to the UCI
3. Blatantly was caught breaking rules
4. FAILED tests!
Yea ok. Now tell us how Mayweather passed 17 tests without the IV. When did Lance pass 17 EPO tests? Last I checked he failed when the EPO test came out, right?
Right? Or did you miss that?

ive noticed everyone loves vada until there almost crazily strict testing results in one of the fighters they like or at least think will beat someone else aka ortiz is caught. then all the sudden vada is a big conspiracy.
To be honest I think people worry too much about it. Lets be honest the reason USADA has a bad rep in the first place is it was another way for people to hate on Mayweather lets just be strait up about it.

What good would an IV do? If he is using it to pass a urine test, it's not going to work. They check it for dilution.
If he is using it to manipulate blood levels, it's not going to work. The ABP on him goes back over 140 tests or something like that. Unless he had an IV every ****ing time he gave a blood test.
There's no way he always knows when they are coming and then he takes an IV. This whole conspiracy theory makes no sense and not one of you can explain how it does.

Nope, your post is just being ignorant.
Many athletes pass tests .... some get caught but do you think that was the first time they were tested? Nope. They passed previous tests while using PEDs.
1. Inadequate?
Go to your point #4. He still got caught on several occasions. On other occasions, Lance Armstrong still came back with "su****ious" results due to the results came back just below the "threshold".
2. BOTH gave money!!!
Floyd's reps give USADA plenty of money and USADA charges way more than VADA who you said do the same thing! That extra money comes in handy when someone like Floyd tries to cheat!!! It helped Lance Armstrong as well.
3. Floyd does NOT do 24/7 365 days of testing. He knows when testing can begin and ends. Floyd sets the rules and people have commented that Floyd contracts are short termed (6-8 weeks)
Floyd used BANNED IV bags. That is against the rules. USADA returned a favor.
4. But the truth about the failed tests were hidden. USADA too has been questioned about its lack of transparency.
Athletes got caught back then and even now. The percentages are relatively the same. Drug testing improves but also cheaters change, adapt and beat the tests .... and yes, they get caught.
But Lance Armstrong had to be careful 365 days a year. Floyd just 6-8 weeks once or twice per year ....
Lance Armstrong had his ways of cheating the system and Floyd had his own ways...... Some were the same such as delay testing, IVs, BS RETRO TUEs, ......
and lets add this
5. BOTH used something that was on BANNED list.
Lance Armstrong didn't put down on his form that he had issues with soreness on his A$$ that required a BANNED substance.
Floyd didn't put on the NSAC pre-fight form that he had severe issues with dehydration.
but there is more with Floyd:
- He had a whole list of tests taken and they all came back normal (vital signs).
- Floyd was examined by a physician who didn't note symptoms of a severely dehydrated fighter.
- We all know that Floyd's BS excuses are LIES!!! Actually so did Lance (more similarities)
a) FLoyd gave blood 10 days beforehand ... how could it still affect Floyd when Floyd, USADA and his fans said it wouldn't since it's only 1 tbsp and it wouldn't affect you if you fought the next day?
b) Floyd gave urine .... LOL ... Travestyny tried to explain this one!!!
c) Hard training had stopped already and Floyd was interviewed saying that he was just going to RELAX during his FINAL DAYS!!!
d) EASILY makes weight as per their admitted statements! So no reason to drain down .... he made it EASILY!
- Floyd had time to drink fluids and guess what?
We all witnessed Floyd drinking adequately. USADA tells us all not to use BANNED method but instead drink a couple of cups per 1lb or 1.5 liters per KG. Floyd only needed to get up a few lbs and lets not forget, he could have ate something as well and that weight is back up and over!

Floyd received 2 banned IV bags. That is a FACT not a conspiracy!
Floyd delayed giving a sample of urine by 6+ hours. Some drugs are out of your system in hours. That is a FACT not a conspiracy!
The head of WADA TUE committee said its a "red flag", "Smells bad", "Murky waters", "USADA is supposed to be totally independent but was not",
He said that you give IVs in URGENT situations such as during surgery. Not for circumstance such as Floyd. Floyd should have drank fluids and we all witnessed that he did!!!
He said if Floyd did then it was a situation where he wouldn't be able to fight Pacquiao! Instead Floyd gave an interview right after getting those BANNED IV bags!
ALL FACTs!!!
Here is Floyd after getting the BANNED IV bags:
"I'm not one particular fighter that has drained himself 20 or 30 pounds. I'm a fighter that walks around at 150, 148...I'm extremely happy with everything...right now..."
