The UCI was conducting the tests. It wasn't USADA. USADA tried to get the results of the tests from the UCI and they were denied.

It doesn't take much to find this info out!

USADA and VADA use THE SAME EXACT WADA LABORATORIES FOR TESTING. It's idiotic to try to claim that VADA is better. In fact, there is more evidence that USADA is the better choice. Memo Heredia breaks down the difference between the two CLEARLY!

Highlights:

• VADA is an independent, intermediary contractor that doesn't perform testing or any protocol of testing.
• VADA only contracts an independent sample collector
• VADA is not recognized by WADA and does not follow WADA protocol
• Both USADA and VADA use WADA laboratories.
• Both detect the same things because they use the same labs!
• The only difference is USADA follows WADA's protocols.

All beacuse Floyd shook the game to promote USADA which would affect HBO fighters in Pacquiao. For instance outside journalists inquiring about testing in boxing as the sport continued to evolve.
