Jarrell Miller is the one that would be a good fight.

They need to push the date back. Otherwise it is just a waste, tbh. Wilder doesn't want to tread water and he believes he's the best.

If he knocks over that Polish-American fella next that would be a textbook standard Wilder opponent. He's been a champion for too long now for his handlers to be treating the WBC belt like it is WBU 'World Championship' from the early 2000's.

Miller isnt a top 15 in the WBC ,i dont think hes even ranked .

Whyte is ranked at 3 . Thats the fight to make , if he doesn't choose Stiverne .

Not looked at their rankings just thought about assuming this fight is canned - the toughest fight for Wilder. Jarrell Miller is a proper unit with a good gas tank. Wilder is strong enough but I'd always argue he is undersized compared to AJ, Fury, or even Klitschko when he was about.

Style-wise a near 300 pound pressure fighter in there with the long and lean Wilder would be a fun.

I am interested in Miller. I think he could benefit from coming over to fight someone in the UK. I think he'll be a player in the division.

Maybe Hearn should sign Miller, imo.

I think Whyte would be on the end of Wilder's punches.

Wilder is asking for joshua. Still, everybody claims that he should be fighting whyte. Lol at you haters. Fighting whyte? what for? you, clowns, should be asking for joshua, not whyte.

How many people think/thought Whyte was more legit then Ortiz?

But yeah ok fair play to Whyte trying to hype himself.

They're talking about fighting that terrible Japanese guy that got knocked out by Haumono. They're not looking for risky fights right now.

It's a shame because I like Parker and wouldn't begrudge him some growth fights, but what they're talking about are some backward steps.
In fairness Parker is a distant 3rd if we are tanking the top title holders at HW. I think him growing and getting better to become the future top challenger to the Wilder vs Joshua winner. It's sorta a situation like at 130 where fans trying to talk up Tank vs Loma, when Tank is the least proven of the 130 titliest and should prove himself more before he's getting a fight with the number 1 guy.

Be strange if Whyte got a title shot by constantly making these comments to reporters rather than the old fashioned way of earning it by beating contenders. But stranger things have happened in today's times.

The fight can't happen right now it's as simple as that so he needs to fight someone else in the meantime. If fighting Joshua is his goal the dillian Whyte fight makes perfect sense especially in these circumstances. Let's not pretend like wilder hasn't defended the belt against much worse opposition.

Let's not pretend that we want wilder to continue defending his title vs sheet oposition. Let's not pretend that whyte is something different from a bum. Hypocrital haters, that's all you will find in this thread.

At this point, I say Haymon should make this fight. I don't think there is anyone better than Whyte that's available!
