Schiet I'd be stressed out too if I kept making good fights that people wanted, the opponents kept ruining the fight by testing positive, and then people put it on ME instead of the person with schit in their system. Would drive me absolutely bat-schit insane.

Navigating the agreed upon testing protocol is each fighter and their team's responsibility, if you don't do it correctly and the fight it is called off that is on YOU.

Ortiz didnt take steroids, he took a prescribed medicine. WBC should stop ****ing around and just fine him and continue with stingent testing while keeping the fight on.

We all know that wont happen though.Back to bums for wilder.

I could understand Wilder having doubts about the blood pressure story, why didn't they notify VADA beforehand?

Boxers are so f#cking dumb when they get busted for PEDs lol. You gotta go the supplement route. At least that's something thats confusing and still arguable since companies legit put PEDs in supplement. But blaming it on a prescription that you should have disclosured before signing up to a ost Usada or vada type program.

And f#ck man idk that a guy on blood pressure medicine should be able to get a boxing license in the first place if sh^t made sense in boxing.

Cuz it's not legit most likely. They will plead ******ity doe. But the reaity is they likely didn't know what was in the substance they took so saying he was using blood pressure medicine previous to getting caught wasn't something they could have even predicted cuz they didn't know wtf was all in whatever designer PED they were on.

At this point in the game any athlete taking any substance from a doctor or GNC or a random powder + vitamin aisle at any store should know they need to ask their own personal doctor if something will get them popping dirty for a substance a person needs. And for sure a cat who's been popped already should know this and be actively making sure anything they consume is as legal as possible with anyone who might be testing them.

At this point I'm just rooting on Ortiz getting a 2yr or longer suspension. Although I doubt that happens as I don't believe there is much teeth on these non-commison testing en****** and the abc groups have lil lower to do much behind removing a dirty boxer from their rankings.

I can't play ignorance doe, like you pointed out I would have thought his team would be more careful after their fighter got pop the first time around. You would think they would check everything their fighter was being given.
