Oct 4 (Reuters) - Tyson Fury's boxing career could be over after the former world heavyweight champion said on Wednesday he would not reapply for a licence to fight from the British Boxing Board of Control.

The 29-year-old, who has a 25-0 record, became WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO world champion when he beat Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015 but has not fought since.

Idk about that. Tuesday Tyson wears full on ****** sh^t. Thursday Tyson is kissing a gay dude in a bar. Lets not act like Tyson is the most hard lined, stick to his opinions kinda guy previous to today.

      I like Tyson.

But it is looking more and more like what he did was a one time fluke.

Will he ever get back in decent enough shape to reclaim his lineal crown?
      Bad analogy

Buster was the FIRST to beat (by KO no less) Tyson.

Vlad had been whipped long before Fury got to him.

            Point taken.

But, I think this will stick.

I like Tyson and I think his theatrics were part of what helped re-spark the whole division.

He made us want to watch heavies again, so yeah I hope I am wrong on this.

True, but the upset aspect was similarly shocking.

I grant that Buster was a bigger upset...hence the term "this era's" and not "the same as".

What makes you think this will stick?

Personally I think FOR SURE Tyson fights again. If he's the Tyson Fury we've known in the ring up til now still when it happens is the real question to me.

This has been debunked a million times. Had the ref been counting quicker, Douglas would have gotten up quicker. He wasn't hurt, just stunned. No controversy whatsoever.

LOL bro you obviously don't know these nitpickers problems with comparisons. If you don't get a guy in here saying but Buster was black & had 4(?) L's & Tyson was white & undefeated or some other sh^t that don't got nothing to do with the actual comparison you were trying to discuss don't be surprised. The average IQ on these type of NSBers is slightly above ******ed & there is the distinct possibility a above average dog they've owned was smarter than they were.

                      Not even close.

Tyson was unbeaten and had people shook.

                      Fans ate it up

                      Vlad was dull

Plus.....We've all seen him whipped before.
