If Hyde was Rigo's manager Rigo would fight once a year vs some nobody til some nobody upset him. Yea we all know your dumb ass plan Hyde.
No doubt this is a risky move, but risky moves get made in boxing all the time for the money being offered. Rigo is no spring chicken, he's waited forever already & nothing has come of it. Most great fighters were a shadow of their best at his current age. I'm not sure I could name many lil guy fighters who had this caliber of W at 37 or 38 or whatever age Rigo will be on fight night, but as always there is a great W to be had here or the expected L to had here for the nice money he'll likely be making that makes it all worth it.
So thanks, but no thanks Hyde. Go f#ck yourself. Great fighters need to attempt greatness or hell even goodness at a higher clip then Rigo was able to do under this f#ckhead.
And ultimately I still standby this being a no lose situation with the 2 divisional jump up in weight. So unless this dipsh^t thinks Rigo is gonna die or something its more like a money grab (ala Brook or Khan recently in similar situations) than a human sacrifice or whatever.Comment

...and he never rematched Salido. Its the only choice Rigo had left. After Salido beat Loma, the dude will never fight someone on an even playing field. he just beat a dude coming off a loss, before that he fought Walters coming off a 1 year lay off. The dude before that was a bum and before that he knocked out a guy who was knocked out by the guy who beat him!
He avoided Mikey Garcia by not moving up to 135 to fight him, calls himself p4p but wont ever fight Bud who sits at 140. A real p4p champion moves up divisions to take out the best fighters ala Ward. Lomachenko will continue to fight fighters that are at a disadvantage either physically or mentally and his gullible fans will eat that **** up and coronate him as the p4p great.Comment

I am riding with Rigo, but I don't understand the criticism directed toward Lomachenko
I agree that this fight should be held at featherweight
two outstanding fighters..... one is approaching the end of his career, the other is attempting to start his with a ****
Rigo fans don't want to see Loma profit from his name by beating a smaller fighter..... just like Golovkin was desperate to do with Cotto, without making any weight concessions
I get that
but what if GGG had already offered Cotto that fight at 154
like Loma did with Rigo, at featherweight ?Comment
