    Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank has no idea what Manny Pacquiao (59-7-2, 38 KOs) plans to do with his future in the sport of boxing. Back in April, Pacquiao suffered a shocking upset loss when he lost his WBO welterweight title via a twelve round unanimous decision at the hands of Jeff Horn.
