I voted Holy, but if he continues to fight I would have to go with Lewis if this comes up again.

...If holy had left after the first Lewis fight there would be no question at all.

How is he more acomplished than Lewis?

          Belts won
Lewis- 3 Time Champion(2 Time undisputed)
Holyfield- 4 Time Champion(2 Time Undisputed)

          Title Fights
          Lewis- 17-2(Both losses avenged)
Holyfield- 10-6-1(Im counting the "Draw" against Lewis as a loss)

Its a myth that Evander had this great career. Like I said he's under .500 in his big fights.

                EXACTLY.

Trust me. If Holyfield had been in his prime he would have beaten Lennox. Now before you say, that doesn't matter; think back on Ali. Does anyone say " well , he would have been great if he had retired after beating spinks". He went on to fight some fights when he shouldn't have and he got embarrased. However, that didn't take away from how great he once was.

They both are very acclomplished and were great champs. I'm a fan of both. I would give the slight edge to Holy due to Cruiser dominance and what he did for the sport as far as p.r. etc. Of course he is an embarrasment now, but that aside, I'll take Holy.

If the question is who would win the in prime, I would say Lewis becuase his style would always give Holy fits.

If the question is asked ten years from now, I might have a different answer. I'm sure Lewis will be rich, smart and happy, while Holy will be broke and brain dead.

Gotta go with Holyfield on this one. Lewis is one hell of a fighter, but his career-defining victories were over Hasim Rahman, a washed-up Mike Tyson, and a disputed stoppage over VK while losing on all scorecards. Holyfield on the other hand, captivated us throughout the 1990s with his entertaining and heart-filled bouts.
