Lets revise the top 10 p4p and combinations
Rigo? No.... spurs?
Loma? Yes... but missed a lot agaisnt Sosa ffs...sloppy
Spence? Nope. Great at followup 1-2's expecially to the body moving forward.
TC? Nope. His offensive attack is rudimentary like Pac..
M. Garcia? Nope. 1-2s
Kovalev? Nope...like a TC..finisher but nothing fancy
GGG? Hell no.
Alvarez is the best combination puncher in the game. But they call him "flat footed" is beyonf ******. Only way Marquez ever did combos was to stay planted.
When Alvarez did a Pac style or Morales type move agaosnt GGG in the 5th where Lil'G has his guard up being pushed back in the ring... thise are rudimentary.
Ill go for clean and effective combos "planted" in Nelo's style.
Black-Nelo is a really good boxer and stood his ground like a boss to a Kazakh Olympian that is ideally a 168 fighter by now anyways.Comment

Alvarez is a pimp. The guy is a very interesting boxer to read. People say he fights in spurs but that's only BECAUSE he's a great combination puncher and conservative with wreckless offense.

Its ok. Look at your posting. Until I schooled u on what happened you went from objective observation to giving up and dıscrediting Alvarez. Anybody can read our convo and can see u folded your cards to cry about the cliche narrative that he ran without detailing specific roundsComment

I can understand you making that comment while you are riding home on the short bus, with the other clowns..... but, making that comment when talking with REAL boxing fans?
hahah be that guy, if you wish
..... then again, you are on the other thread insisting that Canelo was a middleweight when he fought at 155..... so, I guess you are that guy lolComment

you absolute muppet
that is the very textbook definition of boxing
good god
no wonder you think that Pac beat Mayweather lol..... as Manny got led around like a dog on a leash, looking lost, with no gameplan..... no speed/angles/death-by-a-thousand-beestings..... nothing
trust you to think that the winner is the guy who got out-boxed and fired blanks all night..... now I see why you think Golovkin won lol
you are showing your true colors today Tony..... you are very firmly in the pac-tard/golov-tard/casual-fan, campComment

I've been a boxing fan for over 50 years. The reason Mayweather lost is he didn't land the punches that were credited to him by the judges. That's the bottom line. I know I'm in the minority but that's OK. Canelo lost because he was an idiot. His boxing plan was deeply flawed. Yes moving away from punches us a basic part of boxing if you use it to set up your attack. He didn't.. He couldn't even neutralize Golovkin's jab for crying out loud.
are you sure ?
because..... you are running around on the other thread calling Canelo a middleweight when he fought at 155..... AND you thought that Pacquiao beat Mayweather
I explained why that was nonsense, but you did not seem to understand
put it this way..... in your "50" years following boxing, how many middleweights have you seen that weighed 155?
how many middleweights have you seen that weighed 155..... and have never fought a middleweight opponent?
I think that you have most likely been following boxing since the Pac/Hoya fight
Golovkin's game is all about cutting off the ring, and breaking down his opponents..... well, that simply did not happen..... no cutting, no breaking, none of that vaunted bodywork..... ZIP, NADA, ZILCH
Canelo's game is all about outboxing his opponent and catching them with great looking judge-friendly counters/combinations..... and I saw that
we can agree to disagreeComment
