Comments Thread For: Devin Haney Continues Streak, Aims To Close 2017 Strong

Last Friday at the SugarHouse Casino, in Philadelphia, PA, undefeated super-lightweight prospect, 18-year old sensation Devin "The Dream" Haney, improved to (17-0, 11 KOs) with a unanimous decision victory against Enrique Tinoco (16-5-3, 12 KOs) of Mexico. Tinoco, known for being a rugged fighter, was no match for Haney as he dominated from start to finish. Devin used his superior boxing skills to outclass Tinoco, working off angels, while landing his punches at will.

I personally see more upside for Haney than I do for Stevenson and Conlan who are being shoved down our throats like if they were Rigo or Loma.

18 years old? Should be stepping up his level of competition by 2018, champ by 2020! Keep grinding!

Stevenson and Haney don't have much to offer in terms of power at the moment. But really good ability and IQ.

Conlan looks like he has some pop, but I'm not sold on his ability. Seems to have a decent IQ though.

I expect Haney to turn out as the best of the bunch.

Conlan might get the most hype though.

He's only 17. Canelo wasn't knocking out every goat herder in Guadalajara either at his age
