Comments Thread For: Joshua-Parker: Promoters Planning July Bout at Wembley

Now that Joseph Parker has overcome one unbeaten heavyweight from England, his team has its sights set on a bigger British threat. According to London's Daily Mirror, representatives for New Zealand's Parker and England's Anthony Joshua are already discussing a title unification fight for next summer. The Daily Mirror reported for Monday's editions that a Joshua-Parker clash is being targeted for July at London's Wembley Stadium.

Should make it a double header with Wilder fighting a top 10 HW. Then the winners fight each other.

Yet no arrangements or negotiations with the 'Bronze-Bomber' ; the man thats been champion LONGER than both these paper champ frauds! I'm sick of this! I told you Joshua fans they were not going to fight Wilder.

This is almost too obvious a fight for it not to happen. Parker gets a payday vs losing to a Dmitry Nobody, Joshua gets a relatively easy fight while the Wilder fight marinates a little longer until his Stateside unveiling vs Wilder in a PPV unification mother lode in Vegas.

          Wilder KO ratio 97%
          Joshua KO ratio 100%

Judges not needed (and if they can't market those numbers into the record books there's something wrong).

Wilder should fight Whyte on the undercard and winners get it on in the winter. Parker did good for himself blatantly ducking Wilder. At the end of the day that payday will be well worth the ass whooping he is going to get.

Deontay is going to give him the Ricky Hatton treatment.
