Comments Thread For: Report: Bellew-Haye Rematch Set for December 10 at O2 Arena

David Haye will get his shot at redemption December 10. According to a report posted Monday afternoon by The Sun, Tony Bellew and Haye have agreed to fight again that day at O2 Arena in London. Bellew stopped a hobbled Haye in the 11th round of their heavyweight fight March 4 at O2 Arena.

    Sounds like a plan.

Dec 9th we get carried away with the matrix like skill levels in boxing (Rigo v Loma) and start boring people silly down the pub. Dec 10th Bellew v Haye II will bring us down to earth. Balance.

The party is over for Bellend. Can't believe the guy lived it up as if he had really beaten David Haye. Just because Haye is too much of a professional to use the injury for an excuse doesn't mean the whole world couldn't see the guy was unable to even stand up.

It is a good fight to be fair. No brainer. A faded Haye makes the fight interesting. I think he was on his way to a points win in the last fight but obviously Bellew deserved credit for gutting it out and then Haye deserved lots of props for fighting on a peg leg.

I think Haye beats him on points this time. David's timing is slightly off it seems since his return. Bellew can probably avoid getting absolutely banjo'd.

Shame they can't have Whyte and Delboy on the undercard. Whyte is being strange - surely that is the money fight?

Nobody wants to see a thorough-bred against nag which seems to be what Whyte is after.

I think as heavyweights they are about as poor as each other.Haye was struggling before he put on the extra 1.5 stone for his come back and then fought two really v .bad opponents then lost to Bellew.
Bellew has never been a heavyweight and would be very badly bounced around should he ever fight a decent one.

In short another stream fight really unless it's an exceptional undercard which somehow I doubt.

Loma-Rigo is on a Friday? WTF.

Edit: So it's this fight supposed to be on a Sunday? I call bullshit.

Think the 02's booked for February for Chisora/Whyte 2, headlining its own card

I can't imagine what that Loma/Rigo might look like.

Come Saturday we might all be dying for someone to get punched really hard in the head to sate our blood lust.
