When I was a kid I could tell you who every active champion was, all 4 in each division (WBO included) from 126 all the way up and a few below 126. I also knew their records, where they were from etc. It's such a shame what the corruption, incompetent/criminal scoring and Floyd Mayweather have done to the sport.

Badou Jack is a coward for ducking, but I imagine they still could have found someone better than Broadhurst to fight Bivol.

Trent Broadhurst is #11 in the WBA rankings. Are we supposed to believe #2-10 turned down the opportunity? Or was Bivol given an exception to fight anyone in the top 15 because he was already the interim champion?

Either way, it doesn't look like Bivol (or Beterbiev) will face much opposition on their way to a vacant belt.

The WBO has Gvozdyk-Kovalev #1-2. Let's see how the Bobfather squeezes out of that one.

Its pretty pathetic stuff i agree.

But blame must be given to Barrera and Badou Jack for ducking, which is the reason we've got these terrible mismatches...but yea they surely could of found better guys than this. awful.

Beterbiev, Bivol, Gvozdyk and maybe Kova will hold all those titles at 175 and all the yuotube boxing channels will forget about this weight for a while, like they dont talk about 168 and 200 pounds now

Do you have a link to Barrera turning down the fight?

For a second I thought this was the Aussie who beat Salamov and got excited, but it's some other guy. The show as a whole is pretty nice though
