I voted for, "others".
I go all the way back to 1912. Ad Wolgast defending the World Lightweight Crown against Joe Rivers, at The Arena in Vernon, CA.
Both fighters scored SIMULTANEOUS KNOCK DOWNS, with but ten seconds remaining, in the thirteenth. The referee went to Wolgast and lifted the champion back on his feet, then, went to Rivers to start counting. Rivers was already standing. Wolgast was visibly groggy but Rivers appeared fit to continue. The bell sounded. Both fighters went to their corners.
The ref, Jack Welsh, followed Wolgast to his corner and declared him winner, TKO 13.
If it's not the worst decision, it's gotta be listed high in "The Most Bizzare Endings in Boxing"-- if such a list exists.
