Oleksandr Usyk and Vasyl Lomachenko should be highest ranked P4P boxers if:

Vasyl Lomachenko beats Guillermo Rigondeaux and if Oleksandr Usyk wins the WSB cuiserweight tournament. Even more so if Lomachenko beats Rigondeaux and Mikey Garcia in succession.

Both would then have the best resume and accomplishments in boxing in my opinion at the very least.

Well, Loma already beat Rigo. He's currently p4p #1 or #2. If Usyk beats Briedis then he'll be in the p4p discussion too.

Usyk should be top 10 after a semi-final win in January, top 5 if he wins the tournament. For me to put Usyk in top 3, I'd like to see him achieve lineal status and perhaps move up to HW as he has said he will eventually and get a good win up there
