Common sense doesn't work for you huh? Floyd fought Nelo when he was younger & fresher & Nelo & his team were the ones that asked for the TWO POUND difference, oh lord the weight drain! While T.B.E. wiped the floor with Nelo lil g struggled with Nelo & Nelo can't even fight at 168 but lil g can & if he moves to 168 it's pretty save to say that he will not be in that ring with a good 68 pounder. Yes, because the 170 pound Canelo demanding a catchweight would be beneficial to him. I thought Floyd was the A side? GGG had no problem with Canelo and won the fight 116-112- 8 rounds to 4. Talk about common sense not working, lol. Wow.

Floyd is a welter golovkin a middle. Floyd is forty and hasn't had a real fight since maidaina so about three to four years golovkin was just in one of his hardest fights. Welter is Floyd fourth weight class is golovkin first. Even so younger Floyd beats golovkin but forty year old inactive small Floyd gets destroyed.

pretty much this...except even a younger version of Floyd is in tough with 2013-2014 version of ggg. mw is just too much for Floyd...he'd have to be very selective with his opponents to get quality wins at that weight. it'll be funny to see Floyd's fan boys insist that ggg would be "easy work" for a 40 yr old Floyd tho.

Floyd and Golovkin should NEVER be mentioned in the same paragraph. Floyd's pupil (Canelo) has shown what a one-dimensional robot Golovkin truly is. No defense, no finnese, no adjustments, block punches with your face. That's the Golovkin style.
