    They have Jack and S h i t

UK and US are Two totally different markets.

What works in UK simply won't work in US for all sorts of reasons.

I've always said that a year from now HBO need to buy a package deal for Anthony Yarde and Daniel Dubois as they are two UK Guys that would do great for the US Market if they were given airtime.

I dont think your gunna suddenly get a load of Brits fighting on evening cards. Think Matchroom USA is going to be a seperate stable. With them headlining cards and maybe a few of the UK prospects on the undercard. Remains to be seen who else he gets, but it sounds like 5 US fighters for now.

Joshua, Brook and Degale are with Matchroom. Not to mention the signing of Jacobs.

That's HBO's only hope if they decide to continue in boxing, kiss Haymon's ass and get his fighters back on there.

HBO got the biggest TV show hit in the world. Game of Thrones.
Worry about PBC and Showtime doe.
Their fighters now fight once a year.
              PBC is broke.
Showtime needs to get rid of Espinoza ASAP.

It is called "Matchroom Boxing USA" so most of the fighters likely will be AMERICAN like Jacobs and Miller who they have signed so far allegedly

So NO Matchroom is not going to save HBO Boxing but it does give them more matches to show at least! If Peter Nelson is raising the budget that shouldn't be a negative thing!
