By resume, it should be Thurman. He's earned that. By the eye ball test it would be Spence or Crawford (if he's as effective in the weight class) IMO.

Thurman has to be, because of his body of work at 147,. but Spence has the best win. Once TC moves up, gonna be a crazy division, and a 3 way battle between Thurman, Spence, and TC. I just have a gut feeling TV will be the last man standing at the division, but Spence is the guy with the most upside, since he has legit size, and power at the weight.
Just think TC is ultimately the most skilled, and can pull it off against the other 2. But man, between TC and Spence, can't really say which one is better, because they're both so special.

Spence is the man at 147. He's the only one I could see beating Crawford. Don't see anyone beating Spence at this time. The guy is a determined tank.

Thurman is the top guy. Crawford hasn't done anything in the welterweight division yet and Spence hasn't done as much as Thurman.

Thurman and Bradley are the top two welters. That next tier has cats like Pacmonster, Horn, Porter, Spence Jr.
