Canelo has fought the better competition, moved up 3 divisions and fought ggg in his 1st fight at 160. He's proven himself a great fighter, I've definitely got him way ahead of ggg in the p4p rankings.

That's a bunch of BS. GGG is 7 years older than Canelo and he still beat him. What in the fuc was GGG supposed to do. He challenged every good middleweight and many of them, Martinez, Ubank, Cotto, Saunders and for a long time Canelo flat refused to share a ring with him. He has faced Jacobs, Canelo, Murray, Lemieux and you're saying that's the worst opposition in middleweight champion history? No, it isn't. You can't name a single top middleweight who wanted to fight GGG that he turned down. Vasquez was just another young boxer when Canelo fought him. He wasn't a champion or even a contender at the time Canelo fought him so why are you making such a big deal out of it? You are just a GGG hater looking for any excuse to trash him. Taking about what a great superstar Canelo fought in his 3rd fight is getting desperate and pathetic.

Jmm had accomplished more than brook, but brook was unbeaten. Plus brook wasnt so obviously smaller than GGG.
Floyd fans never totally dismiss the jmm win for Floyd.
On the contrary they're quite happy tfo gloat about Floyd beating jmmm more convincing than pac

Yeah man, Vazquez....world-class opposition. Let's pretend it wasn't his professional debut or anything like that.

Also, let's pretend Breidis Prescott isn't his best win. Let's pretend it's Mercito Gesta. Or Denis Shafikov. Because all 3 of those guys are better than anyone Golovkin has beaten....

I am so impressed with Canelo's 3rd fight now.

There's NO QUESTON that Miguel Vasquez is a Better more Accomplished Boxer then any one GGG has faced in his whole career with the possible exception of maybe Jacobs and of cause Canelo himself.

GGG has simply faced some of the worst opposition of any World Champion in History!
None of it matters since he beat Canelo :blow:

I checked boxrec and when Canelo fought Vasquez it was Vasquez's first ever fight as a pro FFS and they fought to a draw. You are making it sound like Canelo is this fearless 15 year old who fights champions while GGG is this cherry picker. Canelo didn't fight the world champ Vasquez. Canelo fought the Vasquez who had never had a pro fight in his life. You are even more desperate to trash GGG than I thought. Canelo and GGG are my two favorite boxers ever since I first saw them fight. I don't understand why posters have to build one of them up to trash the other one. They are both great. It's a rivalry between two great boxers.
