It started the way most assumed it would. The perceived favorite in the field and number one seed, WBO titlist Oleksandr Usyk, dominated and stopped Marco Huck on September 9. Now we get to what may be remembered as the highlight of the cruiserweight quarterfinals. The combined record: 42-1, 41 KOs. Is there a more appealing combination of any two fighters records in the sport right now? It is an old fashioned puncher's duel.

Good breakdown as always Cliff but would've liked to read more on why you're picking Campbell. He's a good fighter, impressed at the Olympics and from the start of his pro career, but Linares seems a level above and a lot more experienced.

Seconded. Campbell is tidy but not expecting him to unseat Linares.

Interesting that you are picking Campbell. I think he's got a very good shot too, though Linares is a quality fighter. Good weekend of boxing all around.
