ok that makes sense because if both guys were over who cares no title is on the line just increase the weight limit and still fight. Something must of been wrong with him to pass on such a big opportunity the weekend after the canelo fight.

he's the number 1 contender for one of the belts at 140 and top ranked for all the others in line for a title shot especially if crawford vacates and moves to 147 I think that's why he doesn't want to move up yet until he got one of them belts. But this is the second time he's missed weight/pulled out an HBO fight. Did it last year losing a title eliminator against Maldonado. If I'm HBO I don't want to hear this kids name again screwed them twice.
