Been reading some unofficial reports that Jacobs may be fighting Andy Lee.

This. PBC is getting sorta notorious at this point with having a name out there for way too long before its officially announced for some reason that makes it seem like the opponent is getting less time to prepare, but in reality the guy probably knew about the fight for 2mos+ & was preparing. Its a bad look & leads to all sorts of weird speculation.

Not sure why the situation is the same for Andrade, but it does seem like Andrade has the same issue with his promoter.

Don't expect a big opponent for Andrade, seems like he is moving to 160 also so likely a soft Touch for his 160 Debut if he is truly moving up.

Jacobs vs Andy Lee no reason why that can't be made since it is DiBella Card and Lee is a DiBella Fighter! Lee got good Power so he is always dangerous!

Lee's height/reach could pose a problem for Jacobs, but I think he's a bit too fragile to last 12 rounds. I guess it depends on how carefully Jacobs decides to fight.
