I've said this about 10 times but I watched the fight in Mexico with about 200 Mexicans. It was clear in word and mood that Canelo lost in that crowd. I've heard from more people on this forum who think Canelo won or got a draw then I ran into that night.

Yes a lot of them on here simply don't like Golovkin. I get criticism, every fighter gets that, but you can see when it isn't reasonable and it is emotional. It isn't every critic but there are several who have an agenda.

He wasn't happy, he was smiling because it was such a bad joke of a decision and he knows he was lucky to even get a draw, one of those situations where you can't really do anything, may aswell laugh about it

Most people believe Golovkin won, most anybody worth anything in boxing considers Golovkin the winner, he certainly didn't lose his belts, Canelo and team are the only ones who gave off the aura that they have another L on the record.

The "draw" is just something they can be content with.
