Getting popped for weed in Dumb-As-A-Rock backwoods Alabama a week before the fight would likely cause the fight to be cancelled. Not to mention it's banned just like peds.

You used roids , Wilder used weed, big difference. You supposedly had a hand injury while you were angling for a Joshua fight , wilder had a broken hand and torn bicep. Big difference and Washington isn't such a bum after all considering he gave Wilder and big baby a good go.

Isn't weed still cause to get banned too? So IOW, wouldn't make any difference really. Both would get a fighter banned. Both would nullify the fight results. Right? I mean, if you're gonna be strict on rules are rules are rules, then what's the difference? Both = banned.

What! Ortiz is in no way intimidated. There will be knockdowns before the bombs explode with a casualty. Maybe Wilder should re-think this one as Joshua did & excused himself with a lesser foe.

I'll be of the mindset that Wilder won't fight Ortiz until I see Wilder fighting Ortiz in the ring. And even then, I may splash some ice cold water on my face to make double sure. IOW, I wouldn't be surprised if we read a press release a week before the fight saying Ortiz is out because he 'disrespected' Wilder... and his replacement will be like a Derric Rossy.

But make no mistake, if Wilder does fight Ortiz, and wins legit, then yes I will have more respect for Wilder.
