On second thought, I changed my mind.
While I feel the solid clinch work has been the foundation of his success his entire career, I think the moment that really punctuated his career, his high watermark of illegal tactical success, was finishing Kovalev with low blows.
He went out with a bang. It was as flagrant as can be, and yet somehow he still gets away with it.
