Weren't you bragging about how Andre easily whooped Froch? It was a fight that I really enjoyed from Dre and I like it even more than the Sergey Kovalev fight since it has 10 second brawling moments.

yeah, me and the brits had a back and forth over several years. when ward was injured / retired / beefing with goossen a lot of the brits got beermuscles, had the audacity to call froch the best SMW of the era, etc. had to take them down a peg. ward did whoop froch with one hand, after all.

and within a few weeks of ward's comeback froch retired

Might as well leave on top right?... Not a huge Andre Ward fan but he was a great role model for the sport and very professional. I would have liked to see him and Stevenson fight but it's not a big deal. Enjoy your retirement champ!!

i thought ward should have had points taken and that kovalev should have had time to recover on several occasions. i can't see how any sane individual would argue with that. he's not evander holyfield, but he's without a doubt boxing's most prolific headbutter on the p4p level. probably the biggest head butter at the p4p level since hopkins. maybe i'm forgetting somebody, but i doubt it!

honestly i think its just a marketing ploy to bait someobody into making him a big offer to "come out of retirement to fight" whoever is the boogeyman...

when guys who were never that big of a draw try to jump onto the hustle, you know its time to move on
