Yea I think thats what happens myself. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we see Canelo vs GGG II in May.

I was assuming this would all somehow be on the same card.....silly me.


Anyhow, I think GGG - Cotto does way better than that though and Canelo - Cotto doesn't crack the million, probably not even 700k. A rematch would be a tough sell as the first wasn't memorable and nobody is really asking for a second one.

Cotto would wake up and call off the fight if he dreamed he was fighting Canelo again. Canelo already beat Cotto and he is bigger and better now while Cotto is older and worse. That fight was at 155 and Canelo would want 160 for a rematch. Cotto said he will fight in December while Canelo is out till May. Cotto wants to go out with a win.His last fight will be with someone much easier to beat than Canelo.
