His arm is hooked around the guy so he's obviously not that much closer. Look at the shoulders that are next to each other and the overall frame.

I believe this was a couple weeks after Mikey fought and shortly before Loma's last fight so Loma will naturally be a little smaller from cutting but the most important thing to note is bone structure/frame. They're not even close.
