Comments Thread For: Tony Bellew Tells David Haye on Rematch: I Oblige You!

"I OBLIGE YOU!" It looks as though Tony Bellew has said yes to a rematch with David Haye on Sunday, December 17. Yesterday was a flurry of activity with reports suggesting that the fight had been agreed for eight days before Christmas at London's O2 Arena. Haye himself backed up the speculation by taking to Twitter saying: "It's taken months of negotiating but teams have finally agreed ALL terms for #HayeBellew2 Will Bellew put pen to paper?" !#RevengeOrRepeat

Haye should smash Bellew if his body doesn't defeat him. Was 4-1 before the injury and Bellew looked ****. Late TKO or wide UD.

Haye SHOULD have stopped him in the first fight. He'll need to fight smart rather than just loading up...however I don't know if he's capable of doing that outside of the Valuev fight as Valuev was just much bigger.

I think he got overconfident feeling he would just smash a smaller Bellew in a quick, all England showdown for a big event and rake in that bank simply because of Bellew's soft look and moving up.

Haye will need to avoid throwing himself out early and just try to box and mix up his power.

Haye has looked bad for years at heavyweight and carrying the extra 1.5 stone in his come back he looked even worse.

Believe it or not Bellew is the best fighter Haye has dared face in this comeback and had over half the fight before the injury to get rid of this flabby cruiser weight ....he didn't .

Again not PPV worthy but might if the bill is ok.

I'm a Haye fan but he's washed up. Bellew looks like **** at heavyweight. Like he eats nothing but chips and candies.

And it's not like was a great boxer at the lighter weight. He got starched by Adonis "I only know how to use my left" Stevenson.
