    Claudio Marrero vs Jesus Rojas

Last Saturday Featherweight Champion Claudio Marrero lost his WBA title to Jesus Rojas (Puerto Rico)

Marrero did not fight the fight he planned for in camp, instead he edged on and taunted Rojas. This eventually caught up to Marrero when Rojas put him down in the seventh round which has left fans and the boxing world with the giant question. Why?

What's left to do now is watch and see what Marrero does next. How will he take this loss in a fight he didn't have to lose? How will he react to the criticism? And how will he correct the mistake to show the world that he belongs among the elite?

Marrero understands and his answer to all those questions is simple. "We all make mistakes" this one costed him the title and he let many people down, but importantly, he plans to correct his mistakes and act like the champion he is and can be.

Errr...is this a Marrero vs Rojas thread or a Why did Marreo lost thread?
Actually Marrero seemed to have folded to Rojas pressure. On top of that Rojas has faced better opposition. Good fight, as I stated before Jesus Rojas is the best fighter in Puerto Rico right now.
