Canelo only landed 4 more power punches the entire fight. GGG landed almost twice as many jabs. Canelo moved backwards for most of the fight. GGG threw 200 more punches and was clearly the busier of the two.
GGG opened himself up to the "counter punching" Canelo and he still wasn't able to do anything about It. GGG won hands down In the ring generalship category and he clearly won the fight. If Canelo sincerely thought he won, wouldn't he be anxious to get back Into the ring with GGG as soon as possible In order to resolve the Injustice he felt was done with the decision?

There is absolutely no way to justify a Canelo victory. Outside of being a Canelo fan or GGG hater. For those who thing that Canelo brought GGG to the ropes, they are kidding themselves. He was tired, and was faced with an opponent who was backing him up, something he isn't accustomed to since he is usually the bigger man in the ring. GGG didn't stand there like a human punching bag the way Chavez Jr. did and he didn't come barreling in carelessly the way Kirkland did.

Ironically, Floyd out-jabbed Canelo by a ratio of 3-1, which was what won him the fight along with Canelo's inability to land on him.
